Did you ever have something in your ear?!

Last night I woke up because I felt something moving inside my ear! Since my husband couldn't see anything and I could clearly feel and hear something moving he called an ambulance. The first responder, although nice to me, immediately asked me if we had roaches in the house! Of course we don't...it turns out that a beetle was making a home in my ear! Thankfully the doctor at the emergency room was able to remove the creature and my ear just hurts a little now. But it was disgusting and I would never wish it on anyone!

awww so awful. i also do not like that to happen to me, its awful sometimes when you get water inside your ear much worse insects!! my sister in law once had fungi inside her ears growing. eiw!!!!!

yuk, thats horrible, poor you!!
when we were on holiday recently, a man said he was wakened in the night by something trying to crawl up his nose, it was a massive spider, yuk!

Hi shellsim...I think that's horrible too - and that is exactly what I was thinking - that it was a spider in my ear and I was horrified just by the thought! Thankfully he woke up before the spider actually made it up his nose! Thanks for the response!
