Everyone has differant taste in food, some people have very weird special recipes that they feel only they alone would enjoy. I would love some ideas of odd recipes to try! I will share my own very favourite that only I eat and prepare for myself alone. That is spaghetti or angle hair pasta with 2 table spoons of butter, half a cup of ketchup, chopped pineapple, pepper and a drop of hot sauce. Sound weird?

one of ours we have named barf dip, because well it look like throw up but it is so good. Take a can of condensed bean and bacon soup, 4 oz pepper jack cheese and a 6 oz jar of salsa. Heat it all up in the microwave stirring every now and then until it is all mixed together and melted. We some times add cubes of avocado at this point. Serve with corn chips and wallah!

Sounds rather cajun actually xD they LOVE tropical fruit dishes with hot spieces all together. Hot 'n sweet's usually popular with people because the two tastebuds are so close together. =) My food is often called "weird"...but I believe that that's because I like to try making things from all over the world. I made fried onion patties from greece the other day. I made fried sweet lemon thai noodles the day before that, along with cajun fried bananas for the dessert. And I'm continuously experimenting with what all I can do with sauces, like tomorrow my family's requested a repeat of my latest experiment with ground turkey, green peppers, and squash...which is just something I pulled out of the air.

I guess my recipe isn't that weird, but my husband doesn't eat pork, to Sausage Cake almost turns his stomach ..... just hearing the words, but he loves it! It is a very old recipe that came from my American Indian heritage, and it uses 3/4 pound ground pork. It's similar to a fruit cake, but much, much better!
