Chocolate lovers, what is your favorite kind or way to enjoy your chocolate?

Many people love chocolate, myself included. There are so many ways to use or enjoy it. I think I love mine best full strength, as in a Hershey's bar, etc. And chocolate brownies are great, too. Do you enjoy eating chocolate? If so, how do you like yours? Karen

Hello my fellow chocoholic :) They have a family-owned restaurant in our area the serves the best chocolate pie. It's called French Silk pie, and I order it only once in a while, but I savor every last bite! Enjoy the weekend. Karen

When ever I go to a certain grocery store, I treat myself to a chocolate truffle. As of late I like the ones that are filled with raspberry filling. A couple of weeks ago, my choice was hazelnut filling. I do enjoy made-from-scratch hot chocolate on a cold winter's day. I like Bill Knapp's chocolate cake for a birthday. It is really fudgy.

Since Bill Knapp's has closed their restaurants, I can only get their yummy cakes in the bakery section of some of the grocery stores. It is still worth the buy to bring it home and enjoy. It is a small cake in a green and white box with the Bill Knapp's logo on it. It is very dense chocolate and moist. I'm making myself hungry and I am trying to eat healthy vegetables and fruits. I'll pretend that I am eating the cake!

LOL, you're making me hungry, too! I'm going to have to hunt around to see where they sell those cakes in my area. Just love a good moist chocolate cake! Have a "delicious" weekend. Karen

Hi Sys. Yum! Your ways of enjoying chocolate sound delicious. I've not had a Bill Knapp's cake, but they make some good chocolate desserts at our local Applebees. And like you, I love homemade hot chocolate on a winter day. My favorite truffles have coconut or orange filling, and sometimes caramel sounds good. Karen

Hi Karen! I love chocolates since my childhood and I prefer to have dark brown chocolates, which come with bitter taste. Too much sugar in chocolates spoils its real taste. Are you going to present a box of chocolates to me........LOL!

I rather drink chocolate than eat them. There is nothing better than making your own brewed cacao. Very dark and very thick, that's how i like it. Sometimes I mix it with coffee and cream to have that mocha taste.

Hi Lithmus. I, too, love homemade hot chocolate, and yup, it's good in coffee, too. Cold or hot, chocolately drinks taste good. Malts or shakes are great, too, especially in the warm months. Enjoy your weekend. Karen

MMM, Andre. Dark chocolate is supposed to be the healthiest, and it does have an extra punch flavor-wise. I think that is why I prefer Mounds bars to Almond Joy...the dark chocolate! Have a great day. Karen

Hi Joelle. I am a fanatic lol, but I do try to moderate how much chocolate I eat/drink these days. I love to dunk Oreos in milk, or pull them apart and lick the frosting from the middle before eating the crunchy part. Yum! Karen

Hey there. I love eating chocolate! I have spent some time in the USA and really didnt like the chocolate there much Im afraid! I missed the chocolate from UK. Cadbury chocolates are really smooth and tasty. I also love Milka and Lindt chocolates too. Have you tried these?

Hi Pushkin. Aw, I'm sorry you got less than delicious chocolate during your visit here. Hershey's, Dove, and Russell Stover make some excellent chocolate. And yes, we have Cadbury here, and it is delicious. I've not tried Milka or Lindt. Perhaps our stores will one day carry those, so I can have some :) Karen

Hello Bmuchler. Chocolate-dipped pieces of fruit are very good indeed, and M&Ms are one of my favorites, too...by themselves, in hot popcorn, or even in oatmeal lol. I do love my chocolate! Karen

I don't like my chocolate too dark, but I do like enjoying my chocolate in ice cream, cookies, or on a vanilla or chocolate cake. There's endless possibilities. I especially like including chocolate in the recipe when I bake, it adds a sweet kick to the taste.

Hello to you. Yes, chocolate's versatility make in work well and taste delicious in many things. I also like to cook with it, or make a cup of hot chocolate to drink in cooler weather. Like you, I love chocolate ice cream or once in a while, a hot fudge sundae. Yum! Karen
