Well i used to enjoy going out to the club,to have a drink or two. I'd like to be in the crowd all so dancing. But now its getting to be old news.I have a 3 year old son.And my husband and I separated. Hes a real jealous guy. So he will not take my son on weekends,he thinks I'm going to go out on the town and have a great time. As for him.Hes probably out there having a great time. He'll get his. My son is stuck on me like glue. Its hard for me to find a babysitter. We are working at it though. Each day I try to leave him for a hour to get used to being without me.

My most favorite pastime on Friday nights is watching movies - be it regional or English i like watching late night movies at home. I feel relaxed so i take a long bath once i'm back from office and try to eat some good food. If i don't like to prepare anything that day at home, i order for outside food and happily watch movies at home :)

hello hunnie1979, When I was still new in the company I'm working, the Engineering Support and the Manufacturing Test Area were going out every Friday. That is because the Supervisor of the Manufacturing was our friend in college. So we decided to have fun every after shift - since we're on 3-11 that time. We went to a disco pub and eat after that. All the boys will take charge in bringing all the girls in their house. We have a good bonding that time. Unlike now, we never do that anymore. Those were the days that both Engineering and Manufacturing we're really enjoyed each company.

I think you must stop this bad habbit. Consider that you have little kid who need your love and attention. By stop drink too much, you can save money and you can use it for your child. About your problem, that in other side you have to find money for living, maybe you can ask your child with your mother or brother or sister.

I have an ex husband who was the very jealous type. We had a child and from day one if I needed to or wanted to go anywhere I had to take our newborn with me. Upon our divorce he didn't see our daughter for 3-1/2 months, he just never had the time, I'm not sure as he never contacted me. I rarely went anywhere from day one of us dating. I'm not the cheating type and even if I had been, when would I have had the time as I was tending to a newborn baby.

Our ex's sound just a like. I am not the cheating type either. Each day I don't mind that much . Because he 's the one missing out on the kids. I am doing my part.We are separated and I haven't seen or spoke to him in about 2 weeks. I was calling him , but now I have moved into a new place, and I am trying to start a new chapter in my life. Stay strong

I think it would be OK for you to go out and have fun on the weekends. No offense, but your ex-husband sounds like a controlling jerk. He shouldn't control when you can have fun and when you can't - you have every right to spend at least ONE day of the weekend away from your son - that's your right. You should talk to your ex about it. Just because you have a 3 year old son doesn't mean you can't have fun anymore. And if you can't convince your ex to take your son on the weekends, you could always go out during the week! You might be tired the next day at work..But at least you get to go out. ..As for me? I enjoy hanging out with friends, going out (I don't go to clubs, but I like going to bars, casinos, parties, bowling, etc), or even just staying in and reading a book and whatnot. This weekend, unfortunately, I'm working both today (right now actually lol) and tomorrow for about 9 hours, so it's probably not going to be a very fun weekend!

Yes my X is a real jerk. I agree it is OK to have a little fun on the weekends or like you say during the week. I like the casinos, bowling, and even taking a long ride by myself just to get away from it all. You must have a pretty cool job, with time to respond to my discussion. Thanks

I am a simple person and I just hangout watch a dvd while eating popcorn. I hardly miss my days when I used to go clubbing. I think its more of how you spend your time either with your son or when you are at home. I love thinking of ways to spend my nights at home with my son.

Hi hunny, I am not going to club nor drink. I also never go to bars, casinos or bowling. But sincerely my life ain't that boring. I have 2 daughters. I am working and night is the very best time to spent my time to them. My older daughter was in preschool, so every night i will look after her school and taught her some lesson. My youngest daughter is just 2 years old. She need my attention, and i believe your son need your attentions too. On weekend, my husband will bring us to going out, to the shopping complex, beach or doing something that similar. Believe me hunny, our child need more attentions from us. We are getting older. And one day, we're going to get their attentions too. What goes around will comes around.

Me and my office mates/teammates... we usually go to drink in friday night. There's a lot of place to go and there's a lot of bars here. Specially my area of work was really that close to the drinking district. We love to eat and drink. One of the things that we enjoy... ^0^

When I was working. My coworkers and I would go to a comedy club. It was so much fun. There was a few different comedians a night. The cub was a bar as well. It was fun to see how my coworkers were outside of the work place. I was so surprised to see the quit ones when they had a drink or too. LOL
