BB11: When exactly did Kevin become Chima's lapdog?

Ok I feel like I missed something b/c I don't watch the live feeds and I generally avoid spoilers. But I need to know! On Tuesday Kevin was deciding whether or to use the POV on his best friend, Lydia. His reason was saying he didn't want to cut tie are put a target on his back from Chima. He acted as if he wasn't WITH Chima at this point and was only doing it to cover his own back.
However, Chima was pleased by the move and from the little bit I saw on the show it looked like she was starting to pull him in to her web.
Now last night, he was like her lapdog! When it was time to compete for HOH she was giving a thumbs up and kind of directing him in what she wanted to do. Do you think he is really that stupid that he will do whatever Chima wants? Or do you think he is smart enough to play his own game? Right now it's kind of pathetic how she treats him and even more pathetic that he doesn't seem to notice. Has anything happened between these two on live feeds that I don't know about?

I've been wondering that as well. I did think Kevin was smart in playing this game and I could understand why he wouldn't want to make enemies by saving Lydia but come on! It all goes back to Chima. I couldn't believe he did what she told him to do during the HOH comp last night. Chima thinks she's queen and right now Kevin is bowing down to her like she is.

Yes it was sad to see him kissing up to Chima like that. It made him look so weak and hopeless. I don't really care for Lydia, but I feel bad for her that her best friend wouldn't save her! Especially since there was no way he was going on the block. Oh well!

I was wondering the same thing. I think he is trying to play his own game and catering to the right people at the right time. However last night on BBAD Kevin was listening to the 3 women cry and ball then went off my himself in the green room and Michelle offered him to come talk to her but I couldn't hear what he said. I need to rewatch it since I DVR's it and didn't want to turn the tv real loud since it was almost 3 am.

I guess what I don't get is - I didn't thin he had any reason to cater to Chima after winning POV. He won POV and was safe NO MATTER WHAT. He had no reaon to cater to anyone for that week at least. Maybe he thought chima/jessie clan would still be in charge this week too.

I think he wanted to side with the stronger team maybe or the numbers game maybe as well. I think it is funny how quickly things change in the house. Lydia couldn't stand Chima or Nat and now she is all buddy buddy with them. Kinda makes me sick. And did you see how Jessie basically pushed Kevin away when he was trying to say goodbye?
