Hi sathish, I’m the type of lazy person. I stay up late and get up late as well the following morning. I won’t go for jogging in the morning for it’s quite hot in the late morning Actually I don't have spare time as well. I go jogging in the evening. I spend 30 minutes or so jogging around the nearby neighborhood. The air of the surrounding is fresh as well, for there are lots of trees around. It’s the much easy way for me to have regular physical exercise 5 days a week. I always sweat a lot after the jog. Most probably this is due the hot weather here. I hope this could help to keep my body healthy and fit all the time Happy posting and have a nice day!

My PE teacher told me neither morning or night is a good time for sports. The best time should be between 3 to 5 pm. But I like to jog at night, when ground has cooled down and the environment becomes quiet.

Hi Spring, seems that you are not active here at mylot though you have joined member two years back. I’m not sure whether you drop in here accidentally or you like to share your idea here with me. Welcome Spring, however I find it’s quite interesting to know that the best time for having physical exercise is within 3 to 5 pm. To be frankly it’s quite hot for me to jog under the scorching sun Here, we mostly have hot sunny day all the year round. As what I know, the best time for having physical exercise is in the morning or in the evening. Sometimes I do see people jogging at night either at the neighborhood or in the park. for the sake of safety, I dare not brave enough to have outdoor jog at nighttime. I think it might be really comfortable to have night jog along the beach. I don't you could see this comment here for it's not under your response Have a nice day!

Well, I have not jog for quite a while considering that I have been very busy with work. But I used to jog before and its really great for health. I usually start at 5am considering that there are less vehicles and the sun is still not up. So I am free from those smoke emitted by vehicles as I jog as well as the heat of the sun. For starters, maybe you could jog for about 10-15 minutes and gradually increase the duration at your comfort. Remember you might strain yourself if you go jog to long and to fast for a start. Also make sure that you have a comfortable running shoes when you jog. Do enjoy and best to you!

I am a lazy person and I do go for jogging.I really feel very tired after the jog. But certainly I go for a evening stroll with my pet at a nearby park.Apart from it like to practice some yogic breathing exercises too..I think it helps us to keep fit and it is the best option.
