How did you feel when getting your first salary?

I feel very happy when i got my first payment I feel that my effot working with the site was finally rewarded, i have the same feeling in every earning sites that I engaged everytime I received my first payment in the site, well keep on mylotting,

Hi there vidhyavini! When I first received my salary from my job, I was very elated. I thought about the hard work I have put into it. And of course, I felt good that it paid off. I was not so excited about spending it though. I have had the same feeling when I got my first pay here on myLot. I think it was really the feeling of excitement that brought me to cloud nine and not the idea of spending it right away.

I am primarily a stay-at-home mom. So, most of the money I make are on sites similar to MyLot or other "paid-to" sites. I'm always happy when I find a site that truly does pay and when the time involved for that pay is reasonable. OBviously I could make a lot more if I were working a job, but since I'm home, I'm happy with whatever I can manage.

I feel really great and really happy becoz I know that i put in all the hard work and above at the end of the day I am happy becoz my kids are happy with my teaching.I am a school teacher and I handle kids who are in grade 1. Take Care seetha

I've been working previously in two jobs, so my first salary wasn't earned online but from my first job as an assitant fashion designer. My feeling at that time was of course happy to see my first ever salary and also I planned to save it up in my saving account instead of thinking how to spend it because I was studying in college the past 1 year and had spent quite a sum of money.

The first salary was very exciting, but for me that was a long long time ago. I know I felt like an adult at last and with the meagre amount I received I bought presents for everyone that mattered and who had played a part in my life. Seeing the surprised and pleased looks on their faces was even better than getting the salary.

Therefore, I decided to buy something for my family to show them gratitude. It made a whole lot of sense knowing that it was just a small token of how thankful I am to my parents and family for sending me to a good school so I can have a decent and good paying job.

Hello I don't have any job now, so no salary, i worked as a lecturer long back, i got my first salary than, naturally i was excited.. now on first of every month hubby gives me 3000 rupees for my expenses, may be you can call this as my salary.. Happy posting, cheers. Kalyani

The first thing is something too beautiful to be forgotten. and I shall never forget when I received my first salary. I feel so very excited, even at night before I received that salary, I've made a list of the stuffs that I would buy.

hi vidhyavini!^^ i got my first salary back in 2004 after 15 days of working in my first job. i was really happy and excited to spend it. i felt i was doing something good because i received money for it. i felt that my hard work really paid off. when i got home i immediately took my nephew and nieces to the mall and bought them new clothes and treat them in a kiddie restaurant. ^^ but that wasn't the first time i got money in return for my work. that's technically my first salary from my first job. when i was still a student, my teacher asked me to do a cross-stitching job for her because i was good at it. she paid me for it and that made me feel happy too and satisfied with my work. ^^

It was quite a while back, but as I remember, I think my reaction was, "WOW, my own money. What will I do with it?" My father helped me open a checking account so I could start paying back my school loan.

Of course anyone who have received their first salary were happy and finally their hard work have finally paid off. I thought of it if i have to give all to my mom but i also have to pay some dues, too. So sad that I only have to share part of it to my mom. However, i have not stopped sharing part of my salary at home.

Still i'm waiting to get money through mylot.... if got i will spent that money for my friends

Hello my friend vidhyavini Ji, Seeing you after very long time. Oh!, first time getting salary was ever green in my memory. I had just completed my term and right to earn my salary. So i was very much excited. My mother had given me lot of briefing the way I should carry money safely to home. As usual I had taken bath and I offered special worship to Goddess Laxmi and Ganesha.
