age is catching up on me.. and if I don't go shopping with a list, I will surely forget what I need, and I will also have some other stuff which I think I need but I don't.. (hope you understand what I am mumbling here) I will still bring a list, despite trying very hard to memorise every item I need, and this list will be made on a daily basis on those 'finish' item for my groceries (I think this is the only list I made).. and once I am ready for a shopping trip, I just pull this list out from my fridge and viola, go shopping for it. On the other hand, while in the shop, I will also source for other stuff that maybe in sales or reduced price, and buy them home, if I know that those stuff are going going gone soon.. and the list is also another convenient way, since I sometimes, ask my siblings or mum to do the necessary shopping for me..

Yes when I am going for the weekly supermarket shop I do like to have a list so that I do not forget to buy all the essentials. If there is one thing that annoys me it is coming home and realising I have forgotten to get something.

If i have to buy many items and i know that i will forget my items to buy, I keep a list to ensure myself from being forgeting items. Usually i dont keep such lists but party items are surely to be forgoten, for small things , i dont want to rush to market again and agin , so why not to keep the medicine that is the list with you.

Sometimes my grandfather makes a shopping list for my mom when she goes shopping. She only looks at the list in the end when she's done shopping to see if she's missed anything. She likes it better to just look around the store and pick the stuff she needs rather than use a list but it's sometimes good to have a reminder of what's needed.

Hi, Ice! I usually stick to the list unless I remember something I should have placed on it. Sometimes, though, something not on the list is just too great a temptation!

when I go shopping I like to take a list with me so I don't forget anything, so I can stay within budget, and so i won't come back with a bunch of silly things that I don't need. Occasionally I'll see something that I forgot to put on the list, and I'll get it, but I'll also know how much money I'll want to spend going in, and will do whatever i can not to go over my budget.

Yes, I make list of everything, include what-to-buy list.. I make a list of something that I want, then when I go to certain place, I will type everything that I need and can get in that place. I type a list in my phone, so I just open my phone and buy things based on the list there. I like it, it makes me not confused and lost my focus. After I buy all the things in list, I can feel relax and maybe buy something else, but the first rule is to buy all the things in list first
