I love going to casinos. I usually only play the slots, but I love it. Good thing I don't live too close to any, cause I can see how it could be addicting.

My mom and sister took me to Atlantic City for my twenty first birthday. All we did was play the slots lol. We won enough every day to pay for lunch and dinner, but we were content with that. It was fun and all, but I doubt I'd do it again. Just not my thing. Thanks for sharing!

No way do I gamble. I live in Vegas, and it's a very dangerous thing. My ex-husband was a gambling addict, and we were broke all the time. I even worked two jobs- 70-80 hours a week and was still broke. That's why he's my ex-husband. There are alot of people who blow their paychecks as soon as they get them. Not a good thing.

I don't go out of my way to gamble but when in Rome - LOL. My favorite would be horse racing. When I was young I would go to Arlington Park in IL and I just loved watching the horses. I always bet on a gray horse or a horse with a name in our family and did great.

I've heard that horse racing is an "art" because there is a lot of superstition and statistics to it. Sounds like an exciting form of gambling, but I'm not sure I would do it (even in Rome lol).

Nah. Like what my parents would tell me, if you gamble ten times, most likely you only win once.. and sometimes you don't even win any. Why place myself in such shoes? I rather place my money in a place where it grows.. than lose out.

yes. I prefer bet on sports (soccer,tennis,nba,nfl)and sometime i play on casino online. My prefered bookmakers are Betfair and Gamebookers, the first for single bet and the second for combo.
