I go through phases where I lose interest as well. These last couple of weeks, I really haven't been on as much because I was going through one of those periods where there just wasn't much that really captured my interest here on mylot, and so I didn't have a desire to come back. I think it is natural, maybe take a couple days off and come back and see how it feels, that works for me a lot of times.

I've noticed that my interest comes in cycles. Sometimes I come on and look around and just leave, other times I find interesting conversations and connect with friends. At first I thought it was a particular time of day or week, but now I think it's just my mood more than anything else.

Maybe you are just having a hard time looking for topics that you like or having mylot friends that share the same interests as you do. There are times when I am too busy to post here on mylot but it was not because I lost interest. I usually yearn to mylot when I am feeling stressed because I find it to be a good way to relieve myself of stress

I don't know what particular things why you lost your interest into mylot. While this place is good sites that we can learn and share each other in our opinion form the events and occasions that happen into our life... I am interested in mylot, my friend. I don't lost any interest here. Want to ask you why are you lost interest here? Have a great day!

Hi Butterfly, the key ingredient in enjoying My Lot is not to expect anything. Just join in the discussion and learn something from the topics discussed. Take part in them; if no one replies, fine because people have different interests. And when you invite a friend, it doesn't mean they'll accept you or exchange emails with you. It doesn't work that way here. I also can't blame you for losing interest because sometimes when I look at some of the topics, I get not-so-motivated too. You might focus on a few topics that really interest you (e.g.: health, family, relationship) and get on from there. That's my point of view. Cheers!
