Visiting all 50 States

Awesome, Alaska is on my list of places to go. All 50, I guess I have hit about 30..Ok I just counted. It is 30. 20 more to go. And no trips planned that will get us through them..at least not in the next few years. Did you get to DEnali? What did you like and see? A glacier..a polar bear? A moose?

That is so cool, I have always wanted to do that visit each state, and see what they have their and see all the different attractions. i have been to about 15 of them so far, and have seen a lot of nice things. I think in the next few years, if the economy starts to pick back up, we are going to take a month or more and take a bike trip from here to California, the northern route one way and the southern one back. I would really like to see mt. Rushmore, and the grand canyon, and i would like to see the statue of liberty, and the Smithsonian in Washington DC. Just to name a few.

Wow! You and your wife have done really well to have now visited all 50 of the states. I wonder which ones you liked most of all and why. I know Alaska is to the north of Canada and Hawaii is in the Pacific Ocean so they are both far away from the other states. So far I have been to two states: California and Hawaii. Happy traveling.

Very cool. Alaska is the last state I need to get to have been to all 50. I visited six states this summer to end up only needing Alaska. Might do Alaska next summer, but leaning more towards doing a Northern Europe cruise if we do anything.
