Well I really like my chicken fried. Fried to perfection in which its skin is golden brown in color and very crispy. Soft and tender inside. :)

i like chicken parmesian in which you bread the chicken, then bake it, then great lots of cheese and have it with pasta and tomato sauce. its pretty yunny, especially the way my hubby makes it! but i like chicken pretty much in many recipes.

I love chicken inasal, a filipino dish. Chicken is marinated with soy sauce, lemon grass and lemon juice with added little sugar then grilled.

I grill just about everything. It makes clean up much easier. My kids love honey mustard grilled chicken and teriyaki grilled chicken.

I make chicken in a green gravy where the ingredents are all green..My hus loves eating this gravy with roti, rice...I think I cook this really well..hehe...chicken tastes great in whicever way you cook...it tastes great.

My favorite is grilled chicken with barbecue sauce and chicken slices with tomato sauce with onions and peas. I basically love all chickens. Happy mylotting to you too.
