MYLOT without intelligent & thought provoking discussions?

Hi, yes you are right that there are many such discussions which are not intellegent, but this depends on our view of looking it, like some feel that discussions are not intresting or not intellegent, but many have some doubts or something they are looking for via discussions, and it depends on us to respond to it or not. What I have observed here is many topics are repeated and members don't take time to search for topic before posting discussions. But I feel it depends if we want to respond or not, and look for discussions of our intrests and participate in them. Personally I prefere to respond to the discussions only which I feel that I am adding some value to it or my response will be helpful to the starter or the members who are looking for something via discussion, And I start the discussion only when I have something good in my mind or looking for thoughts on some topic. Just enjoy myloting and keep on participating.

Hi there! I always give much thought of what to post here. I don't post just for the sake of posting to earn. But people have different interest. To some, my unintelligent post is interesting and as long as a we can have a good conversion about topic, that unintelligent post can still be thought provoking. It's the conversion that's whats important to me. And as long as my topic won't violate a rule and that I feel happy sharing it, I will post it. Mylot is like a free country. We can post anything we have in mind that to ourselves it is interesting. Ciao!

It is not that we do not want to add spices to our discussion but what use is it to post a thought provoking discussion when it infuriates others and in turn report it to admin. Then admin would act on this infamous reports then give the discussion a banishing order which not only is wasting our time to compose a well thought out discussion but also affects respondents earnings. It is better to post nonsensical topics as it not only guarantee to stay but it is also a crowd puller. You'll get heaps of responses but lack of sting. This will definitely reduce the rating of this site as it is viewed by outsiders as a 'children playground' full of craps.
