Please respond to this question..As i am working in my company from last three years and get only three promotion only..but some of the people are getting promoted after every six month..are you one of them

I am not yet working but if I were working I would like to be one of them. For me, the promotion is not merely got from the working performance only, but also how you can make your performance seen by the boss. I am not saying that you have to suck up the boss, but at least if you got a good relationship with the boss you would be able to talk about promotion easier than if you're not in the good relationship with the boss.
