Unable to complete a task, what will happen???:(

I have this backache since last night. I thought it would go away soon. I went and reserved a writing task and now I don't feel comfortable sitting too long. My back is killing me. I love to do the writing task, but tonight I don't think I can complete it on time. What will happen? Will it affect my rating for abandoning the task??
