How do you come out of sleep?

Daily in the morning,how do you come out of sleep?Not wanting to wake up,scratching your head,yawning and stretching your arms?Or you come out as if switched to liveliness?How did you get out of your bed?Share your habit.Cheers!

Haha. Its hard for me to woke up in the morning. Sometime after I woke up a few minute later I continue my sleep back. If I have to go to work I will always have my watch at my hand. Every time I awake I will look to that watch but mostly I will sleep back when it still have time before have to go to work. =)

Yes!I experience the same too.I snooze and snooze the alarm clock and continue to sleep in steps of five minutes until the time is too late to wake up.Then I will be rushing to the bath room,complete my morning duties,bathe quickly,wipe up and dress up,stand in front of the mirror,comb my hair,jump to the dining table,eat something and hurry to the office.Every night I decide to wake up some ten minutes before at the least,but the same story repeats daily.Cheers!

I wake up exactly like how you have described above. I will take my time to come out of sleep. Now a days my husband wakes me up in the morning after snoozing my alarm for n number of times. Then, I realize the situation and the need to get redy quick and go to office. That thought makes me get up even though I want to sleep for some more time.

Yes!The thought of the days work will not allow us to sleep a little when we want it badly.Otherwise,nobody will come out of the bed as easily.That we can enjoy in the holidays where we can have the day,all ours.But some people wake up early on that days too to enjoy more.Either way people miss their sleep.Cheers!

Hi there! I wake up through the sound of my alarm and it's always 6 am. But I admit, sometimes when it rings I just turn it off and goes back to sleep hehe.. Especially when I didn't get enough sleep cause of sleeping because of mylot. But when my sleep is ok, I stand up after 15 minutes. I do a little stretching to keep my body parts awake and doing my usual work in the house. Ciao!

Almost all of us have the habit of snoozing the alarm for a while before getting up.I think that is human nature and we are not machines to jump out from bed,once the alarm starts.And we have to stretch ourselves to indulge into daily activities.Well,do you get active immediately or do somethings in a half sleep state?

So,you are a late waking up person.The Sun has to shun your face to wake you up.Is it because you retire late night to bed every night.Anyhow,going for a walk with your dog lately like that will not be uncomfortable for you?I think you should be a bit early riser to enjoy the morning air.Cheers!
