I bought my very first car on March 28 2009. I bought the Eagle Warranty through the dealership just to cover my basis because it was a used car. I had so many problems with the car. I had to go for the brakes twice in one week. Another time and oil leak, the trunk latch, and the last thing was the engine on July 5th. So I only had the car for a short time. I had it towed to the dealership who then brought it to a service center. Here I am a month and a half later and still no car because the warranty company authorized the shop to fix my car but never paid and they did this to many many people. I am so upset so I sending papers to the attorney general and I am contacting Susan Hogan who is a local newswoman that brings scams to light. I am very upset, and on top of that I still have to make car payments on a car that I cannot use. I am on my second loaner car from the dealership because the first one kept shutting off while I was driving, now this one need the CV (whatever that is) change the tires are off balance. I can't believe this nightmare! One thing I know is that I will get justice. I already filled out the online form for the newstation and am gathering my paper work for the attorney general. If you google eagle warranty (I can't post links) the second or third one down will be the ripoff report, you should see how many people they are scamming. They are not paying mechanics for the work they are doing!
