Do you dig through people's old discussions on Mylot?

I sometimes see myself digging through a member's old discussions and occasionally responding to a few. What about you, do you go digging through peoples old discussions because you just love their current discussions so much? Or do you simply respond to all the new discussions you see popping up?

I don't get out of my way to look for people's old discussions, though I do do that sometimes. It's kind of hard for me not to.

Hi Louie, I like responding to the members who participate in my discussions. After leaving comments I would then visit their profiles to see whether there is any topic which I’m interested. I usually would dig by scrolling the pages till coming across at least one. Sometimes there are really some funny and meaningful old topics available there I find some members just doing the same thing like me here. Yeah, we like posting more responses than starting new discussions. So I’m happy to respond to others’ old discussions or to get new responses in my old discussions every now and then. Happy posting

Hi Louie! I sometimes browse through my friend's older discussions. There are some people that start ones that I can really relate to.

I do that once in a while, especially if their are some good ones their. I do not see anything wrong with doing it. sometimes their is not enough new ones to respond to.

I rarely do it, since I always like to response to my friend list discussion, for no response discussion, and to new user discussion. Sometimes I see old discussion resurrected and I am curious to know why it reach more than 100 responses. When I check I just found it is an old discussion and some responses on it. Sometimes i response when i like the topics or else I just read it.

If it is someone on my friends list who is always responding back to one of my discussions, I will take time to try and respond back to one of theirs, and if there is nothing New I will often search thru their older discussions as well just to see if I can find something to respond back on. I feel especially if a person is still active in here it is never to late to respond back to someone here as well.

I too dig up some old discussions that I find interesting. Some of which are even more interesting than the new ones. There are days when I respond more to old discussions than to new ones.

Yes especially those of my friends here. So many of the older discussions are still so relevant and are topics that were never really exhausted so there is still a lot of space to continue the discussion. I have friends who go to my profile and dig up older dicussions and I exhange the favour too. It's also great fun reading how a certain topic would have been dealt with a years or more ago and then realising that the same thoughts would have been written even if the same topic was brought up as a new discussion. I also go looking specifically when a user sends a friend request. I go to see if they have any dicussions with zero responses and try and help them out. Many of those situations are discussions which could have been very active had they been noticed at the time of posting but maybe the user did not have many on their friend list therefore the discussion fell into oblivion.

With me, if I can't see any discussions to respond to, I try to dig to old discussions and respond to them. There are some discussion which I was not able to respond to before because I am not online from time to time. There are many discussions here that is really useful and worth replying at. I try to give my best opinion.

I have done this many times and ressurected discussions from a yr ago or so... 1) if it is something that I interested in and can comment on then I will bring it back.. and 2) I like the get the view of the discussion from the original mylotter that created it... since it will be 6 mos or longer since it started do they still feel the same way...was their view changed in any way...that sort of thing... happy mylotting.

The first time I read the new discussion. After that I read a top discussion. Last I read some posts of my interests, the new and the old, or start a new discussion. In every session, I can give a comment or ignore.

I like answering all discussions no matter how old they are.I've answered some that are a year old and the person probably don't know what I'm talking about when thwey recieve the email telling them someone answered their discussion.I've had people answer a few oldies of mine.
