SACHIN TENDULKAR IS A LIVING LEGEND.A batsman to replace him would be VIRENDER SHEWAG I would say.The best opening batsmen I have seen,the aggression as a batsman I top rated in him.He must show the true skills untill he stays in the crease for alonger time.
His shots especially the cut and slogs are delighful to watch.His 300's were no less a than 20-20 match thriller.SACHIN has always showed class and elegance in his play,aproper gentleman of his game.The game has got a lots of treats and feasts as these two have played together and as individuals

Hi Tintukm. Sachin and sehwag are absolutely world class players and it is extremely difficult to replace them. But you cannot compare Sehwag in the standards of Sachin. A well drafted relation between Sehwag and Sachin could be that of 'A MASTER AND THE APPRENTICE'. There are likes of sehwag in Snanath Jayasuriya, Mathew Hayden and in some other batsman. But you cannot see a class of Sachin within any cricketer and it is extremely difficult to see the likes of Sachin for the next 3 to 4 decades to come. Sehwag can be termed as the ruler of Indian cricket. But sachin is the absolute emperor of WORLD CRICKET.

I see you are die hard Sachin fan,right.I too respect the great Sachin for his game till now,his shot making,style class,attitude, a mostly the kind of a senior player he has been to all behind him.But you see I want Shewag to come up a Sachin in his coming years of cricket.

yes i agree the best replacement for sachin tendulkar is vireder sehwag. i just love his batting style and also his stroke play. His ability to play on the back foot and produce so much power is just freaking awesome. he is one of the top few cricketin legends m a big fan of virender sehwag. he is the best and he should always open the innings for india. i would love to see him and gautam gambhir opening soon :)

Yeah Sehwag can overtake Sachin if he performance more consistently. He is having great future but he has to take care his fitness. Sehwag has more potentiality then Sachin. Sachin in his whole career took lot of matches to score a double hundred and never crossed the triple century whereas Sehwag has scored triple century twice. I like his confidence and never seen him playing selfish innings for himself..

There is no need for any introduction to Sachin Tendulkar and Virendar Sehwag as both are living legends, for me. Both of them has a lot of aggression in batting.
This one still remains as a hot topic in almost all social networking sites and the debate still continues.
But I cannot favor anybody here as both proved themselves to be the greatest players of all time in their long run. Of course, I can say that both of them rules the cricket world apart from being the best performers of Indian cricket team.
Inorder to find out the best solution, keep watching their performance.

Mohamedthoufeeq,thanks a lot for your opinion on these two greats of the cricketing world, calling them living legends is 100% apt,so many youngsters admire these two great cricketers and want to learn their batting styles,with 20-20's in store these two batsmen have great lessons to teach.

Sachin and Sehwag are the great world class players...it is very difficult to replace them...Sachin is very experienced all rounder but sehwag is also a great all rounder...

i have to say yes,becoz the nawab of najafgarh and master blaster both r very similar i remember that day when viru start to play cricket for india when i have first look i thought he is sachin , he also have same type of shots he stands like sachin and also the height was so same thats why i was confused that day and today my thinking is not change he is upcoming sachin the master blaster...we all know the are the rulers of cricket.......i love both of them..........have a great life ahead...
