I thought I was doing right. I take a powerful multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. I eat good foods as much as possible. I exercise. Yet, I still had a heart attack! What happened? I smoked for one thing. Stress was killing me at work. My cholesterol was too high. And once I started on a cardiac diet, I realized my eating habits were not as good as I thought. How about you? Do you really know if you are doing right?
