Potato being the most usable vegetable is consumed at very high rate. We consume approximately 25-30 KG in a month for a 5 member family. Is it more or okay? How you all go with potato?

We ate potatoes in my family also. We go through about a 5 pound bag od them per month, I think. We used them for potato soup and for baked potatoes. I use instant potatoes for mashed potatoes.

I don't like potatoes very much, and neither does my dad (who I live with), so I highly doubt that we eat 25-30KG of potatoes. The only way I really like them is baked, and maybe with butter or ketchup. Yum! But I only have that about once a month. So not very often. What about you?
