I have heard of many products to cleanse the colon. I just go to the store and see what they have. I read them all, compare them, and then buy based on my needs. I use Nature's Secret Super cleanse. I get it at Rite Aid. Have you tried any brands?

no, i havent tried anything. But i always hear about cleaning out the colon and i wanted to see if it works. I heard you can lose up to 15 lbs. thanks for the tip!

I have heard the weight loss stories as well. Please remember that medications and OTC meds react differently in different people. I did not loose any weight, but I do not take it regularly. I wanted something more natural to help with constipation isses.
