Oh this sounds very interesting and tasty. Where can you actually purchase the seaweed? I would love to try this recipe.

Recipes are supposed to be against the rules, so this will probably be deleted, but I appreciate it. Saw a 0 response and decided to help you out. I would have to delete the salt components (and cut down on the amount of seaweed-I can have some of that because the salt is more slowly available in the seaweed than sprinkled on top as long as I use a small amount) because I have salt sensitive blood pressure. I have been looking for low salt versions of wonderful things like this. I love pineapple. I think pineapple, line, and chilis would be an interesting combination. Seems like an excellent salad for the hot days we've been having. Thank you for the recipe.

I am sorry, but it has been a long time i didnt visit this site so i forgotten the rules. Anyway, regarding the salt component, i think u should have it as the dried seaweed will be soaked before mixed with the others ingredients so the salt has gone the moment when u soaked it.

If the salt was on top, it could be rinsed away, but it is in the seaweed, but since part of it, should go into my system more slowly. Interesting recipe and take care.
