One my friend is always keeping his money in the ashes, may be you are wondering, u kidding?? no it is truth. He does have money but putting in the bank is the last thing he will do. so what happened last time is like this, what ever money he will get he will keep in small piece of rags and kept in ash heap near cattle yard.when ever he goes out for some errands, as soon as he come back, he will go and check the ash heap. and he kept secret of this and even wife do not know about it.Once he gone out & came back and immediately he came to check ash heap, only to find there is no trace of ash and along with the ashes money also gone.He started crying like anything, and he inquired his wife and she told that it has been sold. He went away in search of the ash-man and he could manage to find out him dumping the ashes on the agriculture yard. with a huge cry he searched all the money bound in rags, is it interesting, next time when you want put money, where you will put??

Hi elshaddai, the story above makes me to recall the local news I had read before. . Yeah, it happened on right of the mothers day 3 months or so back. The daughter lead her mom to her bedroom and showed her the brand new good quality bed mattress. The daughter her that was the mothers day gift for her. It seemed that the mother looked more amazed than cheerful. She asked anxiously where had the old mattress gone. The daughter felt anxious as well after knowing that her mom had a great amount of her saving cash hid inside the mattress. The two of them went to the place where she dumped the old mattress hours ago. It was really sad to learn that the old stuff was no longer available there. They never gave up but continue to trace where the precious old mattress had gone. Anyway as far as I know their effort was in vain eventually This teaches us a lesson not to keep great amount of cash in any place in our house that we believe to be safe. I think it's rather safer to save cash in bank. Take care and happy posting

You are most welcome elshaddai! Here I still would like to express my gratitude for giving the best response, though I'm the only responder here I hope this topic would arouse the interest of other members to share they stories and ideas here. I believe if more people are willing to share their stories relevant to the incorrect ways of saving money in places which are not appropriate and safe, would make others to raise the level of alertness. Yeah, hoping these would be the good lessons to teach others to save their money in bank. At least it's safer to do so unless you possess a good quality safe in your house Have a nice day and take care!
