Liam Neeson's Taken is a must see movie.

Just when I am getting bored with the same movie plots, Taken comes with a real upper cut punch. The story depicts the pensiveness of a father who needs to reestablish bonding with his "unica hija". Simple enough for a modern plot, huh! But when his daughter was taken away from him, his character unravels. The viewers, I believe, is being led to more urgent matter, the flesh trade that had besought the tourism industry in the premiere capitals of the world. I do not know the PG rating but if your children are knowledgeable enough, allow them to view.

Too bad when I was watching it my Grandma requested me to do something. Then I didn't have the chance to watch it again. As I saw your discussion which I'm responding right now, I remembered this movie again. I'll just have to find the DVD of it. :)

I also love Liam Neeson ever since I saw him on Schindler's list. He is a good actor but I believe that his portrayals of his roles streams from him truly being a good person. Enjoy the movie!

I saw this movie three months ago it was great and yes I agree with you every teenager and young adult should see this movie. So that they are aware of what can happen while on vacation or just traveling to another country for school. They can never trust anyone. Its sad to say this but its true.

That is right. Every teenager should try to watch this movie, and see for themselves the implications if they try to dissuade what parents tell them to do. We should not be too welcoming of strangers, we do not know them at all. It is better to be careful than regret it later on.

This movie's theme is truly imperative especially for the young women today. But this calls for action for the police and the authorities in all the cities of the world.

I happen to be one of the lucky ones who got to see the movie. It was really great. I never thought that Liam Neeson still has that great physique to carry an action scene. It was great, it will educate the young people that it is not really a good idea to go out on a vacation on your own. I still believe that you have to be wary of the strangers that you talk to.

My daughters commented on Liam Neeson's characterization, too. They couldn't believe he was the same actor in Star Wars , and so on. I have always liked Neeson and this movie makes him my current favorite, ha ha!

Hi eileen, I watched that movie a couple of days ago, and i think it was an incredible movie, i really like it. I didnt had the chance to see it until now, but previously heard good things about this movie. And yes i agree with them and with you, Taken is a must see movie.

Glad you watched the movie. You can relate stories like these to the children. It is never too early to teach the children how to be cautious, especially with strangers.
