Can someone please help me????

For the last twenty minutes or so I have been receiving the same email every 60 seconds from Farhaad at the Luthier Society or some such thing. I am not opening content. I mark as junk, which it appears gets reported. What I want to know is how I can put a BLOCK on a specific email. This is getting really annoying.

Open up your mail..Go to mail options and then spam category.Under add a blocked address type the mail ID that you want to block.After adding save changes.thats It the email Id you have written will get blocked.

you go into your settings and then there's usually a blocked senders link depending on what kind of email you are using.
From there you just paste the email address of the person you wish to block and you never get another email from them again.

well which service you are using is important to know. but try to add the user and the domain to your junk mail list and then i think you can stop the mails from coming to your inbox. even if they come, the will go into the junk mail box.

That's definitely spamming, alright, and they may be sending it from more than one email addy, each a slight variation on a theme. Hope you have it resolved by now. If not, I'd suggest contacting Sympatico directly.

By the time I got the answers from my good friends here at myLot, the emails had stopped coming. I had deleted some, others I sent to the junk folder because under options it indicated that sending it to the junk folder would send a report to, I'm guessing, Sympatico. At any rate, I now have a block on that email address. I must have received at least 20 emails, all identical, within half an hour. I was afraid to go to bed and wake up in the morning to find my inbox full of these stupid thigs.
