internet limitations

Hey, Well especially at school, they should be limited because their are many students that actually go on other things that aren't related to their school work, and sometimes it may be illegal, and the school doesn't want to pay huge fines. It is very necessary to know that limitations. Especially on students, we all know that students are not mature enough for certain website content. Furthermore, there's some crime start from internet chatting and the victims are students. So this is our duty to protect students (maybe i can say every young people) from internet criminals.
