What do you consider a surprising wonder herb - maybe honey or rosemary? What do you use it for? I have a lot of allergies. I use three natural items to alleviate symptoms; Locally made honey, which is made from pollen in my area, helps build up immunities to allergens I live with. Mint, especially spearmint and peppermint, clears nasal passages. Fresh pineapple contains Bromelain, which is effective in clearing nasal passages and reducing their swelling. I wrote an article about it: http://www.helium.com/irems/1456959-allergy-relief Fresh cinnamon is indeed wonderful! I grind 2 Tbsp fresh cinnaomn into a 1/4 cup of honey, and we eat it daily. It is helping to reduce my husband's triglycerides and he is losing the belly with no other changes to diet or exercise. cool!
