Did you know that Cinnamon is thought to assist in: - Helping to preserve your food (and is a yummy and surprising addition to many dishes) -The spread of cancer in Lymphoma and Leukemia - Easing the pain of Arthritis - Controlling blood sugar - Anti-clotting - Soothing an upset tummy - Clearing up UTIs - Relieves colds and flus In addition - Do you suffer from the headache, fatigue or memory loss - try burning some cinnamon oil or spraying it around your house. Want a natural anti fungal and anti-bacterial agent in your kitchen - use Cinnamon oil! I love the scent of Cinnamon! And it doesn't give me a headache! What do you consider a surprising wonder herb - maybe honey or rosemary? What do you use it for? (my original article is here: http://www.innerrewards.com/topics/all-discussions/discussions/cinammon-what-is-it-good-for/ another great site

I have a lot of allergies. I use three natural items to alleviate symptoms; Locally made honey, which is made from pollen in my area, helps build up immunities to allergens I live with. Mint, especially spearmint and peppermint, clears nasal passages. Fresh pineapple contains Bromelain, which is effective in clearing nasal passages and reducing their swelling. I wrote an article about it: http://www.helium.com/irems/1456959-allergy-relief Fresh cinnamon is indeed wonderful! I grind 2 Tbsp fresh cinnaomn into a 1/4 cup of honey, and we eat it daily. It is helping to reduce my husband's triglycerides and he is losing the belly with no other changes to diet or exercise. cool!

I wonder if that's because I copied it - I'm pretty new and am not allowed to copy and paste yet. I'll try again.

My sister's doctor told her to take cinammon pills to help even out her blood sugar. And it worked well for her.
