I am on my second pregnancy and though I breezed through the first one, this time is very different. I am now experiencing nausea and vomiting, or the so-called morning sickness. And I'm getting it anytime of the day too, not just in the morning. Any tips on how to fight "morning" sickness?

Hi, rakittera. First of all, congratulations for expecting a baby :-) I did not really have morning sickness during the pregnancy, i had the flu all the time in the first trimester, and during that time, i have no appetite for anything. But, i did not have that anymore from second trimester. I have found this from the website http://www.baby-health.net/articles/696.html , i hope this finds you well. The best remedy against morning sickness British experts developed a unique means against morning sickness for pregnant women. In fact, this is an ordinary fruit-ice, but its positive effect is based on a unique combination of components. The new has been named Lillipops. The product contains no artificial colors, seasonings and spices. The major component is ginger, known for its properties to get rid of nausea. 2201bAlso fruit ice contains extracts of other components (lemon, peppermint, grapefruit and vanilla), which can ease symptoms of morning sickness: heartburn, nausea, decreased appetite, dizziness. Experts conducted a study, and it turned out that if a woman eats such fruit ice during the first signs of morning sickness, her mood will be improved for almost whole day.
