Have you had Tax refound experience with your Tax service organization?

Last year I had worked less than one month, so my income was very low to pay income tax. So at the end of finicial year 2008-2009 I requested my tax review. According to the advice of the staff of Tax office I filled a form P91, then I sent it to the Tax House in Scotland. Two months later I got a letter from them about my information was not enough, I had to fill the form P86. I filled it and sent the form to them again. After two months I had nothing with my bank account, so today I called them and they said they did not receive my form and I need to do the job from begining again and wait for another two months. It's really frustrating experience. I think the work here with the tax organization is too slow and not reliable. I need waiting ages to get my money back. How about you? Have you had any similar experience with your tax service organization? Thanks and happy mylotting.
