Hello! I love asian horror, it totally rocks, what I love is that it doesnt have to have that much special effects, just with the visuals its enough to scare you out of your witts! Now for me, most of the movies you mentioned Ive seen and love but I would have to say that to me it has been.. Ju On or The Grudge Premonition Kan Sen or Infection... the ending was odd but I think I got it.... One Missed Call 1 and 2 Kairo (Pulse) Chello Neighbor 13 Dark Water Uzumaki The Tomie films Marebito Thats just to name a few.. I gotta get back to work! Catch ya later!

Oh and another movie wich I got to see a lot of times was awesome. This isnt horror. But the concept of society reaching to that level is scary enough for me. Battle Royale.

Yes I agree Japanese horror is also good like The eye, The ring and The grudge. They are good in doing horror movies. It is very scary but I think some of the story are not happening in reality.

My favorite is definitely The Eye. It is the first Asian horror movies I watched and it is still scarier than all the horror movies movies I watched. The elevator scene where the main character is on the elevater with one old lady and that old lady creepily move into her is really2 scary. The Ring is kind of boring, the pace is so slow I got sleepy when I watched it:) Shutter was also pretty good.

I do not easily get scared with such movies and i can eve watch alone at 12 midnight and can still sleep well after without imagining weird things.. but asian horror films creep me out! Hi Sheila, My all time favorite Asian horror movies are The Ring and The Grudge. I was able to watch both the Asian and American version of The Ring and I should say both are scary in different ways. The scene where the lady with long hair down in front (the ghost there) came out of the television screen still makes me shiver no matter how many times I've watched it.

I do not watch horror movies. my intention in watching movies is to entertain myself so I am avoiding movies that are scary and creepy or else instead of enjoying my day it becomes a very tiring moment. so, I prefer comedy or loves story movies.
