Ever since I got this stuborn sinusitis,It is sometimes painful, with the two nostrils clogged, sometimes too itchy to sneeze.I have it diagnosed as very acute stage of sinusitis. My physician, just makes me decide, wither an operation or a long medication. I decided a long medication, but was very pathetic to the daily routine with little improvements to my case.I decided to stop my medication, and thereby practice some indigenous practice by gargling a lukewarm water some salt in it, when I rise in the morning, and also do it during bedtime. It is very effective, but it took me 2 days to do it that my sinusitis has some kind of releive, because I can breath more freely in the process, and my mucous will just appear like magic when I cough a little, so as in the mouth the plegm also goes out.I am sure you guys can help me what to do.Please give me any suggestions without any drugs.

Sinusitis is really a serious problem because it interferes with breathing. A suggestion would be drinking enough fluids but not just water. I witnessed a neighbor in china suffering from the same problem that she boiled water with ginger, Chinese cabbage and bulb unions. That's what she keeps on drinking. When I ask, she told me that it is to open the clogged nose. Of course, there is no scientific evidence to support this but you may try to find out if it's helpful.

Thank you very much for the response. Even if it sounds weird, that such vegetation is a medicine. I will try it, with out the cabbage, but I will substitute it with a pechay.Cabbage is too acidic that it can cause you to have painful joints and muscles pain. It is my pleasure to take your suggestions and thank you very much.
