it really depends on the mood. sometimes answer them back but not to the extend im going to give them my personal information , im a private person and i don't want thousands of people know my personal life. I asked the questions but it is related to the discusion. Most irritating question? hmmmm.... some other mylot users send me a private message asking them to join other websites under their referral. gee! they must be desperate.

Hi there! I don't mind people asking me questions about stuffs like general informations but when they are getting nosy and too personal that's when it becomes irritating for me. I feel when a person is asking to many things about my personal life that's just unethical. I have not encountered an irritating question but I'd rather call it a non-sense question. Like when people ask you "what are you doing" when it is so obvious that they can see you are writing something. You know, sometimes people asks questions just for the sake of starting a conversation. Ciao!

Hi iskayz, Yes, sometimes some questions is too personal that we don't want it. Ha Ha.. you are correct. 'what are you doing' is a perfect conversation starter...

dbutheking hi hatley here I dont mind most questions and sometimes if someone asks something to personal i will just change the'topic of the conversation. and many of the questions here are ones I have'sometimes asked myself.so if I learn from twenty different'people then that is good. as for the silliest question Iever answered was what hand do you use to wipe yourself in the bathroom? and the most irritating one was why do all women always want more and are never satisfied? and so on. that one irked me somewhat.

Hi hatley, You can call me dbu. Yes, it is better to change the topic of the conversation if we don't like that question. It is a great idea. Haha.. What a silly question is this? Which hand you use while wiping in bathroon? I am wondering what that person is going to do by knowing that answer..lol.. Do you have any idea about it?? Yes, it is a most common irritating question in our country too. Why women not satisfied.... Thanks for being here. Have a great day..

I don’t have a problem with questions in the ‘real world’ unless they are too personal or just stupid. You know the silly questions like there you are your car jacked up and you’re on the ground attempting to unbolt one of the wheels and here comes a smart individual who asks, “Did you get a flat tyre?” To which you reply, “No I just thought I’d change them around…WHAT DO YOU THINK???” The most irritating question would have to be the one often asked on hot summer days, "Hot enough for you?" On MyLot I love ‘Questions and Answers’ by the way! (LOL)

Hahaha, I think it is most annoying when people ask a question just to emphasize (or to make sure) that you are in an embarrassing or miserable situation. I don't like these kind of questions either. The person is either untactful or just wants to make fun of you.

Yes, that's really a hot irritating question ...lol... Obviously they can see that we have flat tyres, I think that person want to help you changing your tyres... If i'm you may reply will be 'Can you help me to fix it?' I also love Question and Answers. have a great day.

I think being asked a question is very interesting. And sometimes, the question could help me to think something I have never thought before, and also help me to know more about the life and the world. If I could help others by answering their questions, I am very glad. Have a nice day!

well i don't being ask the question a lot of times , sometime in the job you just have to keep repeating it to customers to remind them or to warn them . so it is never bad to repeat answer a same question but with more understanding to it yea.

I like responding to the discussion here in Mylot. I like sharing my opinions to others besides thats the other reason aside from earning on this site, right? There are times in real life that I don't like to be asked, it depends on the person interrogating me and what is the question being asked to me. I get irritated when my former landlady would asked me whom I am talking over the phone. Its none of her business and we are not even related to each other. If she is my sister or mother thats okay with me.

..lol.. 'To whom you are taking' from a third person is really irritating.. What will be your reply to her? Is it 'none of your business'?

In real life, most of the time i tell others to ask this guy or that guy instead of me if i don't know the answer of course. well, there have been a lot of irritating questions lately but i don't wanna answer that cause it might irritate me even more, it's just another day here and i don't wanna start having another bad mood just because i try to remember an irritating question. have a great day dbutheking

I quite like Question & Answer section, and it is on my interest list which I always check first after login MyLot. I think the reason Q&A is so popular is because it can cover a wide range of topic and to question and to answer is the most straighforward way to lead a discussion; it is easy for we members to take part in MyLot. The most common question people have asked me is my age, even it is widely known to be RUDE to ask a woman of her age. But it happens to everyone who meets me. I used to tell the truth, but now I just make up all sorts of numbers and stories to feed up their curiosity. 'Age' question turns from an annoying one into an amusing one! :D Haha, just fool some strangers around a bit. Whether they find it out later or not, I don't care. The first rule is: never ask a woman of her age. I believe I have the right to keep my personal details safe. :)))

HaHaHa.. you are correct about the question and answer section of myLot. So, women don't like to be asked about their age.I agree. Don't ask man's salary too... Also, don't ask the marks of the student too...lol...

yes I like to answer a question when some one ask me, but I just answer a question that I think it need and necessary to answer. I won't answer a question that too personal irritating me. I think a personal question not proper to ask to some one, because it can hurt my heart.

Yes, it hurts.. but if you left them even without answering how they feel? They may hurt too isn't it? How to avoid answering without hurting them?

I like to ask questions and be asked question on-line. But if someone asks me a question in real life then I tend to go blank and so can never answer. If they do ask me something though I like it to be deep because that is how I think so I tend to have ready prepared answers. If someone just asks me how I am, or how I have spent my days then I get annoyed with them because I don't do anything and am generally fine so I think they should already know the answers from the many other times they asked me lol! I am not sure I have ever been asked anything funny though, funny tends to come out of the answers instead lol! All the best, Dranz
