Is it hard for you to hush a baby to sleep ?

I just got a baby early this year . My little boy behaves very well . He sleeps well and eats well. I've found that some babies around us are hard to be hushed to a sleep. Their parents have to hold them in their arms very often especially when the babies want to have a sleep. Everytime i put my baby into the bed he would sleep by himself . So my husband and i can have some spare time for ourselves. What's your experience ?

Hello grace. You have a nice baby, but mine is not so easy to hush him to sleep. He sleeps better when we hold him in our arms, but once we put him in the bed, he immediately wakes up and cries. Then we have to pat him and sleep next to him at the same time to make him feel we are next to him. I love my baby boy anyway. He is such a cute when we play with him. Now he crawls on the tile floor very fast and he loves to play with us and giggles a lot. What fun it is to have a baby though it is tiring! Take care, grace.

Kids are all angels . My baby crawls fast too and he also giggles a lot when i play with him . I agree with you that there's lot of fun with a baby around although we feel very tiring.

When I first brought my son home from the hospital it was hard to get to sleep. However, now he naps easily and sleeps most of the night.

My daighter likes to be rocked to sleep, she has always been a bit of a bad sleeper ever since she was born and she will just fight it and fight it. What i usually do now is get her half asleep and then put her down in her cot, she's too big for me to rock fully to sleep all the time

Yes it's tired to rock and hold a baby for a long time. Some kids might not need much sleep and it all depends i think.

I gave birth to a wonderful baby boy 4 months ago and I trully say that from that moment all the memories that I have are from the first second that I could hold my baby in my arms ( I didn't gave birth naturally, so it was a little difficult to walk, to move). It was hard at first, I thought I wouldn't make it, carrying him in my arms was very painful because of the cut that I had, but somehow when I was looking at him, and see his suffering (he had very often cramps) I didn't felt pain any longer. From that time my baby wants, of course, to sleep only in my arms. And yes, it is still hard to do this, but when he fells asleep with that pure smile on his little face I feel so blessed that I'm a mother.
