hello guys,,,i graduated from a reputable university in my country recently. I'm a fresh graduate who looking for a new job. i'm interested in working in a big company. i admitted that it will be difficult. the company must have chosen great people as its employee. i considered the difficult part will be on the job interview. maybe some of you experienced this, if you don't mind, would you like to share some strategies so i can make a satisfied interview with the company manager? one thing, if the manager says "how much monthly payment do you like if you are accepted in my company?" what should i say guys? please help me...

First to your question, in ref. to monthly pay. Research the industry average and answer the question with "The industry average for a person in this position right out of grad school is xyz, but I'm sure your company has it's own pay scales which I will respect. You gave an answer but you didn't answer the question and you don't want to answer this type of question because if your number is to high you don't get the job if your number is to low you may get the job but the company would have paid you more. A big company has their set pay scales so if you are asked the question it's just a question to test you. When it comes to the interview itself remember you are selling yourself to the company and the company sells itself to you. I'm not sure about your country but it works like that here.

Practice interviewing with your friend of in front of mirror. What you body language, your inflection and words. Check the internet for tips. Each culture is different so I don't want to advice you wrong. I used to practice my interviews with a friend who was a hiring manager.
