Hi friends,
myLot is all about the interaction with the friends and all the people from around the world.
So, commenting is the main thing in the discussions which is little interactive. If you attend a discussion and you don't receive any comments for your response, will you attend the discussion from the same discussion starter again?
Just tell your opinions regarding this..

If a topic is interesting then I will respond hoping that the original poster will come back and comment too. If that doen't happen it will not stop me responding on future discussions by the same user but I will be aware that it won't happen.
That might cause me to comment on the other responses myself

hi dbutheking the comments are what mAkes the discussions and'the resondses really come alive and keeps us in contact with
our mylot friends more.I try to make a few comments as often
'as I can as I love to see people come into my own discussions'and
talk to each other,its like hAving a lArge party of your friends'all exchanging ideas and even jokes and just enjoying the process so much.

Hello, dbutheking! Well, I like to participate more on interactive discussions rather than the 'dry' ones. It is nice to see a discussion if it has lots of responses and comments with them and it makes a long thread flowing on a topic. When a user start a discussion, it is also a responsibility to post comments on the responses received and as a responder, make a habit to look back on the discussions responded and reply when received a comment so that interaction exists and that is what a discussion is all about. When you do that thing, you will get more responses on the other discussions you will post. And, posting comments can also help to earn, but short posts will be paid by a little or nothing. You are right! it is fun to do that, just like chatting, a simple way of interacting with others. I also post short comments sometimes just for fun but mostly, I try to make it longer so it is worth the effort in posting. 
It is also fun to read the long ones especially when it contains interesting information.

Usually I don't respond to that person discussion again. Discussion is interaction of more then 1 person and without interaction it is not a discussion. It is also a bad manners to leave your responder responses without any comment
. They spend their time to respond to your discussion so it is a courtesy to comment it.
But if we are at the on of the month (just like now) and I still didn't reach my payout, I will respond to anyone discussion without any second thought.

I always expecting a comment (or a lot of comments) for my response. But I do response some discussion that the discussion starter never comment their responder before.
But, I love to join some of my friends discussion because they always comment and someone else will comment it back. Until it's become a long tread and we make a lots of fun there. And a lots of funds too

After responding to my friends' discussions I go to others' started discussions, and there I don't even check who started it, if the topic is something that I'm interested in, then I drop a post. I don't take it against the starter if he/she does not comment on my response, but I surely appreciate those who do.

I've read in some discussions here that we get to earn more by doing this - commenting back, again and again. So this is actually a good practice

Actually that's not the reason for my user name.. i search it on the you tube to see whether something by my name and found some and uploaded it ..lol..

So, you attend if any discussion is interesting and don't expect comments from them..

Hi dbutheking, I like to have interaction here with friends from different parts of the world. It's so wonderful that we could acquire lots of information and knowledge via the continual mutual comments on topics interest us
I still would respond to discussions with lots of responses but without comments in them. As I know some of the creators would take time to add comments in the responses later on. I would a bit feel disappointed for sure if the discussions starters don't have any interest to share his opinion in the responses. But very often I have totally forgotten about the discussions I have responded for we post many responses weekly

You are correct. Some one like me who are active here for only 2 or 3 hours per day needs some time for commenting the responses..
But, yes it is little disappointing that they won't show interest in commenting. I saw one day nearly 50 discussions continuously from a same person in myLot. I am not interested in it.. Even that friend didn't interested in accepting my friend request too. I guess that friend like to start discussions and go out. I think only starting discussion would be that friend's participation here. I won't mostly attend theirs. If some of my friends responded that discussion last, then i may enter to have a interaction with those friends to comment on their responses.

I respond to discussions which I feel I can make some contribution, however small, to a topic under scrutiny. Whether the discussion starter makes any comment or not is not a big issue to me. In fact I have responded to discussions where I did not expect to get any comment. Even if the person dislike me, possibly due to a wrong footing on my first response to his discussion, this person did not ask me to steer away from further discussions.
We are free to express most of our opinions. Who knows, one day I may get a nice comment.

Hi dbutheking! I have had that very problem! I have responded
to friends discussion who haven't commented to my responses
to their discussions. I have still continued to respond to
their discussions and in some cases done so over and over
again still with no comments. I have finally decided that I
have had it with them and stopped responding to their discussions
altogether! After awhile you just get fed up responding to the
same person and when you get no comments from the over and over
you have to decide whether you want to continue being ignored!

You are correct. No interaction is frustrating. Also, if any responder reply my comments i always welcome and if i get some time, i go to their profile to respond their too.
I always do commenting within a week.
Mostly i comment immediately for my discussions when i am online but it takes me more time if i receive more responses. Still i didn't comment 3 more discussions..sad.. May be i get more friends there..lol..
have to comment them next to you..

I do because if the discussion starter doesn’t respond chances are someone else might. I don’t take it personally if I don’t receive a reply there can be many reasons why someone hasn’t commented, life happens and people don’t always have the time and if you look at it from the earnings point of view you will be paid regardless!

Well, If I see that the discussion maker is just spamming mylot with a heap of discussions, and not even replying to anybody's response, then I will try and ignore discussions made from that mylot member in the future. I think a proper discussion is where there is a response and a comment after that. It really gets to me when people create discussions and don't even bother reading the responses, only hoping to make money. Little do they know they only make money by responding to the comments they have received.

Yeah.. I also saw something like that.. One day my 4 pages of friends started page is filled with the discussion having the same starter.. I didn't attend even single of them..lol..
Yes, respond + comments is a proper discussion.. If some questions back in the comments i always welcome a good interactive discussion..

friends may or may not see each other every day but they still remain friends. it happens to me many times that after reading the entire discussion i am not able to form a view or add anything to it. i certainly would not like to misguide or mislead anyone by my statements so many times i end up not posting anything. okay money is important but there is a limit to the extent you would go to earn it.

I see no reason why I wouldn't comment, if it interested me I would comment. However if I didn't find it interesting then I wouldn't even go near it. I see no sense at all in not leaving a comment, just because the person doesn't respond. I feel as though we are saying what we want to, and we are being paid for it so why not leave a comment.

Yes, myLot gives us earning for commenting just to encourage the interaction among the users.. So, commenting on the responses and commenting back on the comments are the good habit here. Don't count on the posts.. Just comment back.. Also, you can have as many friends you can..

I think if I get no comments or responses towards a discussion, I would feel that people have no interest in that discussion, or, I did not explain my discussion very clearly. So, maybe I will change a way to express it. Have a nice day! Happy mylotting!
