Did you ever wake up from a dream and you were crying?

Sometimes I wake up from my dream and find that my pillow is wet. And so is my face. That is when I realise that I was sleeping with my mouth open and it was my salaiva on the bed. No I have not woke up crying.

I have seen kids doing it. I don't remember me experiencing it. When my brother was a kid, I used to get up from sleep and cry. Then, my mom said that he might have seen a horror dream that is why he is getting up and crying. I don't know the scientific fact behind it. Anyway, good discussion.

It already happened to me. I was catching my breath when i woke up. Though i can not remember the details, i am still sure that it has to do with my dream.

Yes, a couple of times. Once was during a period of extreme stress - well, I guess they both were. Take the time to work through the dream, if you don't know for sure what is bothering you. Something causes a dream so vivid, either something you are worrying about, or something you witnessed that affected you deeply. Either way, you need to figure it out, think it through objectively - which may take an objective friend to walk you through it - and find a constructive way to help solve the pain. I have never experience that kind of emotion from a dream before to wake up crying. Although I experience a lot of I FELL to the ground and woke up clinging to my bed... Hehehehe..
