What is the reason for your mylot username?

We are 1,83,000 members here. We all have a personal name. A name given by our parents or relatives but surely not by ourselves. There may be many people with common names. There may be some reason for choosing a name.
Here at mylot we have a username not shared by any of the 1,83,000 members. A very uncommon name picked by not our parents or relatives but by ourseves. There may be some reason for choosing this unique username. What is your reason? Would you like to share with other members of mylot?
My username is meapas. My two years old niece couldn't pronounce my name properly. She calls me "apas". When I chose apas as username,they said there already exists somebody by this name, so this name is not available. So I added "me" to it. It became meapas. I wanted this name apas, so it finally became meapas.

well, my user name is just a combination of my name and my husband's! its a combination from the last three letter of my husband's name and the first three letter of my name! hehehe and so i come up to this one...ckyera!
and like you, its not really my first choice...i like to use kiera or rain at first but those are not available that time...
but anyway, im more happy now with my username for its kinda unique for me...hehehe

same here my friend... my username are combination of mine and my fiance. its not either my first choice but the username i love to make is already used... so i settled to this one instead. its quite good inmy part as well.

now... i know what that username really truly means.... i do get so curious about it. but i guess i have the instinct that Diana could be your name... Mys for miss but the IT part that i could not really try to find out what!!!

In Malay, aku mean I or me.
ler is a slang word for lah. It is just like !!.
I choose this username because I want all I write here are representing myself. Or maybe some add-on

aku!!! that is what we also called ourselves here in the Phils. Ako means ME. maybe because Malay has been one of our descendants that is why we have some words that we are kind of similar to each other. i even thought that you are a Filipino but then i guess we just have so many similar words that then it really like it...

Yeah ... Most of the South East Asia countries have similar words. Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei have very similar languages. The different will be their slang but we can understand each other well. Maybe it would be difficult if they used the local dialect.
And since ASEAN is a very popular trading port before the colonial time, most of our older generation always travel and have a family here and there. And they will speak common language for their business. I think that's way we have a few similar words.

well i dont have any particular reason for my username LOL, but maybe i can explain it why i choose genius_zelda
1. genius = rather than handsome, good-looking, diligent, charming, i love genius word a lot. Dunno why though:D
2. zelda = the Legend of Zelda is my ex GF favourite game, thats why i always using this id for surfing this net world (^^)

Cute and creative. I love creative names. I have the biggest petpeeve when people just throw some numbers after the ID because they insist on having something, even though it's already being used. Picking out an ID/Username is fun because you get to show your creativity of picking out your own name, one that you will like. Because we all know not many of us like our birth given names.

Well, my user name here is actually my user name on quite a few sites and such that I do things with. It was one I came up with a couple of yrs. ago using my last name, and then since I feel at home online, I added the 2 together hence my name. I have had way more Creative names over the yrs I am sure online, but this is one I actually have enjoyed using over the yrs. as well.

The reason behind my username is pretty simple. The first part "sac" is short for Sacramento. I've lived in the area the majority of my life so I thought it would be perfect. The second half needs no explaining as I am a mom. So, I became sacmom. However, there are some people that get the first of it part wrong. I wonder why?

Hi meapas,
Mine is combination of my parents' names. Dory is my mom's short name for Teodora, while Vien is from my father's - his nickname is Ben, thought I should come up with a female sounding name to indicate my gender, so I changed it to Vien. Usernames my not be our actual names but they sure represent us, have meanings to us, or signify something that is important to us.

I heard from my wife that if an old topic been activated,
responded and commented... the topic starter can observe
the earning changes by 'cents' on top. Does this happen
now at your page? Do you notice any changes yet?
My username 'JamesKYTan' is my real name....It can be seen
on my blog too. Being transparent is my nature..what you see

I don't know about this change in earnings. So far it is the same. If your wife says then she may be having some valid reason for this. The change might take place later on I suppose.
Everyone has a reason for creation of a username on the net but I am surprised to learn that you are using your real name here. I must admit that your frankness has really floored me. Being transparent is a very good virtue and I really appreciate it. I think I have a great friend in you.

before i used to have a super hero named Green eagle was based on my own creation fantasy sentai based on the japanese ssci-fi series "the Jetman" but after it was gone. i went on a different user named that has some what more realistic and has something to do with my past life. so, i chose this@jheLaichie (4438)

My user name is what I have used for the longest time lol, I started using it when i still made graphics mostly banners with photoshop for people on the forums my name was usually Chaotic Diablo so i shortened it out to be cdgfx84. cd part being Chaotic Diablo gfx being graphics and the 84 is my birth year.

Actually I Think Now I Can Own up .. This is My Real Name .. When I Joined Mylot 3 Years Back I Had No Idea Of A User name .. I thought Why Should I Hide from Anybody And Gave My Real Name As the User Name .. I Do Think I Made A Mistake .. But What Can I Do Now I Just Can't Change it .. Am Happy Lotting ..

it took me sometimes to finally thought of thaMARKER. it means something, i love taking notes. i even sometimes take note all the things i want to do for the whole day and i MARK each down as i am done with it. since i am a certified forgetful person, i make a list before going to the grocery to get everything i have to buy. before going online, i list down all the things/websites i want to check or visit so i wont forget.

Its a combination of two animals. A friend told me i looked like a koala so i told him he looked like a penguin. I have been used to using this name in the internet. So i used it here. Before, i decided to use koalabear but was rejected because someone already owns it.

I didn't really want to spill the beans as it's a bit personal, but you asked so I am bound...lol
Nothing very exciting. Trinity just came to mind after watching the film Matrix One for the first time. I loved the film and it rang true to the bone in many ways. I found the charcacter TRINITY in this film very soothing but so very dynamic and revolutionary at the same time.
Then there's also the Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost....which speaks for itself.....
Sri pertains to Goddess in Hinduism...
It started out being my email address, but as I kept forgetting usernames at different sites, I just decided to use the same for the username at Mylot....

I am so sorry for that. Any way in everyones case there is some sort of a reason. Either nostalagia or some remote unfulfilled fantasy is accomplished when you put a seed to your thought process and let it germinate in the form of a username, a fond memory or a cherished adventure.

My username choice is down to a two reasons.
My favourite colour is gold, I love shiny gold things. It may sound tacky but its true.
Another reason is that when I was younger I was obsessed with Goldie Locks and the 3 Bears tale and I used to beg my mother to let my dye my hair blonde. I have dark brown hair.
Very random reasons but combine the two and you get GoldieGold.
