There are lots of ways to make your rice golden yellow. One way is to use eggs. Sautee onion and garlic until garlic becomes golden brown. Then add your rice and then add eggs to them. You can also use butter instead of eggs.

Hello! I don't know what did the yellow rice exactly mean. But I think you can buy a kind of grain called Panicum miliaceum as a scientific name. It is inartificial yellow, mucilaginous and flavorful.

You van do a couple of different things to get yellow rice. Some id colored with saffron which is very expensive or go with turmeric. I use turmeric for a lot of different things. I like o use it with my chicken along with some ginger and poultry seasoning. It give the chicken a nice flavor. You could also use curry seasoning.

You know the turmeric can also make rice yellow. It depend what kind of yellow rice you want to make, is it the spanish yellow rice? or is it the asian yellow rice?

My son loves the yellow rice in the pouches. The stuff I buy for him is flavored with chicken bouillon and colored with saffron.
