As I posted before I did not receive credit rolled over from one month to the next.My computer was down for a few months. When I came back I noticed the error.I sent a message to myLot about a month ago.I have not yet received a response back from them nor have I received an adjustment to by earnings amount. Has anything like this happened to you? Have you ever sent a message to myLot and not got a response or one that has taken a long time?

I have never had any problems with my earnings so I have never had to contact them about that issue. I have contacted about other things and sometimes I have never heard back while others they have responded quite quickly - once last week it took 4 minutes to hear back from them. Were you away for more than 90 days/three months? In that case you would have lost your earnings. If not then I think you should contact them again.

At the time that the amount was not forwarded to the next month my computer was not broken. My computer was down for most of June, all of July and the first 3 days of August. The amount I had earned in May was forwarded just not my amount for April.During June and July.I was at my son's and went to the library and went on myLot from there 3 or 4 times.

I just looked at my earnings April 2009 $4.65 May 2009 $2.46 (no amount carried over) June $0 ( no amount carried over) July $0 ( no amount carried over) August (nothing carried over) It shows that my last date of earnings was May 31st and the next date that I had earned anything was August 3rd.That is not 90 days.

Are you loading the pages one month at a time to get those numbers? If so, there is no "carry over" displayed to you but it's still happening. An individual monthly page shows what you earned in that particular month (I'm looking at my own pages as I type this for comparison). For example: There was a year where I wasn't able to be active in myLot so I wasn't making the minimum for payout. If I go back and look up those months, one by one, I see these numbers: January - 6.32 February - 2.59 March - 4.35 At the April payment date, I was paid the full 13.26. To the best of my knowledge, your earnings amount in the very upper left corner of your screen should always be the cumulative total (and it will drop down whenever myLot pays you). But, on the older individual earnings pages, you're not going to see cumulative earnings - only single month's earnings. So, assuming you were never gone for 90+ days and using the numbers you provided, you would have accumulated 7.11 plus whatever you earned in August and that would be the total at the top of your screen right now. Don't know if this helps you at all but I hope it might! Best of luck :)

If you need to contact myLot there is a link at the bottom of every page. Go to 'contact' then choose the drop down menu until you reach 'other'. A box will open and you can write your problem there. If the query is already answered in the FAQs it is dountful though that they will respond.

Hi, I have not faced this yet in mylot. But there is a rule. For being absent and not able to login for 3 months or more.all accumulated money will go. I guess it can be something like this.

I have not had to contact MyLot so I couldn't tell you about their support. I do know that if you are inactive here for a certain period of time, you lose all of your earnings. So, it's not an error. You just were inactive for too long. It's possible MyLot didn't respond because the answer is somewhere in their FAQs or guidelines.

I haven't had any troubles. Did you contact mylot again, maybe your email got lost. They probably get tons of emails in everyday. I would write them again and see what they say. Good luck I hope it gets figured out for you. we might not earn lots of money here but every little bit helps.

What does it show for Total earnings? It should show that you have other $$ in here unless for some reason you were paid in paypal without not realizing it, or you were gone longer than you thought and they cleaned out your account for lack of posting. I have no real idea why things like this happen sometimes, but hopefully it is just a mixup or easy explination for you as well.

It is funny that you posted this. I just recieved a PM from a friend that had trouble with earnings also, and they have not responded to her either. I have not had a problem myself.

I have sent messages to Mylot before also and they never did respond back to me on any of them. I bet they took your earnings from you when you were away. We have to log in here and be active ever so often or they will take what earnings we have from us. I have had it happen to me before also and never got my earnings back.
