Hello friends, The question is - 'Can a Women do everything that a Man can do?'. Today we can see 'a Woman' at every fields work.As the physical languages of both are different,i think, there might be some limitations for Women.I believe in Equality of Men and women and this discussion is not a matter of superiority. What you think?

I think that we are so far off of balance when it comes to men and women that we can't find our way down the street. If we embraced who we are as an individual and each develop our gifts and talents with the help of God, we each become a blessing to bless others. Instead of trying to figure out humanity from our limited frame whether male or female, we need to encourage each person to be the best they can be. A woman usually looks at life from a softer perspective but also has a sense of relationships that a man does not have because she deals with family, children, etc. The moment she becomes pregnant for the first time, something changes in her life that even she cannot explain. A man deals from the perspective of completing a job, logic, s*xual perspective. Men cannot fathom that women do not usually think that way. We compliment one another when we embrace our differences instead of trying to put one or the other into our box of what we know. So as we grow individually in who we are and then want to help others achieve the same goals (whether male or female) we have joy for ourselves and everyone else around us. This is a world that truly is joyful.

As a matter of fact, I cannot agree with even equality. How can you say that men & women are equal?? Be it physical, be it mental, be it intelligence, God has created such a way that women can never be at par with men. It's the rule of the nature. I am completely against the abuses towards women as its our moral duty to protect them but equality is something we can never think about. I don't understand, think of what, many women say that they want equality? If a women comes to the front, that's because a man helped her or a man gave way to her because of the respect for her & NEVER because the overpowered him in any field & came forward.

I learned the hard way. As a women I thought I could do everything a man could. And I used to do very well, sometimes I could do a mans job better than most men. Well at 31 I had my first back operation. I worked hard for another 10 years and it started all over again. My legs. I could not walk very far or very much, of almost 2 years. Lately I have been very fortunate, my legs don't hurt anymore. My back still has bad days, but most are good. I am doing Yoga back exercises. When I do this regularly I am mostly okay. But, I will never be able to go back to work, and I am only 43 years old. I cannot sit too long, cannot stand to long, cannot walk to long, cannot work bend over, cannot carry things that are slightly heavy. That is why I say, I learned the hard way. I never expected I would turn out this way. I was stubborn, and figured I could do it. But as a women, I am not build like a man. Bones and muscles are different. Oh well, life goes on. But being honest, there are also men that have back problems too. Some men are not build to do mens work either.
