Do you snack while you're at the computer?

I've never ever eat while doing things on my PC. Because I don't take junk food at all, and I'll mess up all the area if I do take it. Normally, a glass of drinks is good enough to accompany me all the way.

Hi CRSunrise, In the early years of my Internet usage I was practically glued to the computer and so would have to eat by it otherwise I would probably have wasted away! I used to eat things like pot noodles because they were quick and easy to make and could be eaten without covering the keyboard in grease since it was my fathers! Later on I stopped eating while on the Internet since I bought a laptop of my own, and I stopped being so active on the Internet so eating became an excuse to watch TV instead. These days I spend so much time time typing when I am on-line that I couldn't eat here even if I wanted to because both my hands are otherwise occupied lol! All the best, Dranz

Hi friend, I don't like eating when i sit before computer. But my mother scold me like anything. Please eat and sit before computer. But i say no. Then she only brings the plate and make me to complete the food. But she scolds me while keeping the food.But friend i don't bother what she is talking also.

i don't actually. but when i am hungre regardless what i am doing i will eat. i don't buy snacks any more. so when i am wanting for some snacks like now i just ate quaker oats. it is not as delicious as snacks like burgers, junk foods and etc. but i have to stay on diet and so even my snacks are healthy food. but it is not that bad but i am still craving for those fast foods but i just hope that i will lost my craving for those unhealthy snacks as i feel them mostly at night. i guess i have just to sleep it away.

Hello, not usually. I don't like food or drinks around the keyboard. I had spilled coffee on my keyboard and after that I decided I wouldnt eat or drink near my keyboard.I also don't like trying to get crumbs out between the keys.What a hassle.

no. but if i really need to, i make sure i place them away from the computer table so that food particles don't get into the keys. food particles invite ants which might find their way into the computer parts and oh well, might become very hungry to eat the parts, lol.

Sometimes I snack while I am using my computer. Sometimes I will eat an entire meal while I am using my computer, too! It depends on the time of the day and what I am doing at my computer. Thanks for starting this interesting discussion! Have a terrific day!

I don't eat while on the computer. I don't want the crumbs would go in the keyboard. Sometimes I'm scolded my sister not to put their snack in the computer table and their drinks because if might fell down on the computer. I'm the one who clean our computer so I don't want them to put a mess with the keyboard and table.

I work in an office so I am constantly snacking and it sucks. And I know for a fact that it is the office atmosphere because I left my job for approx 6 months and went to work at a retail store for a year and I lost weight like crazy and I wasn't eating as much. I just ate a yogurt and now I am trying to drink as much water as I can to cut my cravings..

I like to eat snacks, next to my computer, stood biscuits, bread, milk, fruit, drinks. Lol On my computer next to the above said, can not, but I will definitely put popcorn, this is my favorite. When access to the Internet, eating popcorn, which to me is a very happy thing.

Yes, I do. Others find it difficult to concentrate but for me it's not that hard. At some point you may lose concentration but that is because you need something to put in your mouth. After chewing--back to being alive and kicking. I really don't know why i like to have a snack while working. Maybe because eating is one the things I love to do. And besides, who want to be hungry? Who wouldn't want tasty food? lol.

I do at work, it's very hard not to, so i've tried to make my snacks healthier. I'm munching on mini breadsticks as I type this!

actually yes, but I'm not eating like any other that are so messy. It's fine to eat will your using the computer it's not a problem. Well it really depends on the people on who do they eat, you know what I mean.

i tried eating snacks but could not while working on computer becoz the hands become oily and it stops me from further touching the keyboard. i dont want to spoil my buttons so i prefer eating first and then continuing the work.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It really depends. Sometimes while I'm watching tv and I'm on the computer I just get a craving for some kind of snack food while I'm here so I'll go get whatever I want and come back. Other times I'm really not too interested in food and I never even consider a snack. Right now I'm actually not snacking on anything but I did have some chips earlier and some fruit snacks but I was hungry after I got home from work.

I know it is not the best thing for the computer and keyboard, but I do snack at the computer. I'm thinking right now that I need to go find something to eat because my stomach is growling. I think there may be some pretzels in the pantry, I'll go check.

Most of the time I am at my computer. My work is at the computer. I am always eating at my computer. I a very careful about my keyboard. I try not to let anything happen to fall into the keys because as you know it very hard to clean. Right know I am eating popcorn carefully.try not to spill any liguid in the computer. Happy lotting.
