Internet connection trouble?

Internet connection trouble? Do you face this problem often its with me and it gives so much of tension and worry?

My internet connection can super suck at times. Sometimes, its just the best.But then there are days when for hours together, I can either not get connected or it keeps getting disconnected after every 2 minutes.On days like these, I feel like ripping out my hair lol
