The Death Panel

So,many people on here as well as off are saying that President Obama said there will be a "Death Panel" on his new plan for the health reform and that people will not be able to keep there own health insurance if they want too. I am watching the "Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" and Senator John McCain is on it.And as I have found there is a lot of people on here that think he can say or do no wrong. But,i think you will change your minds because he stated that there is not a death panel in the plan that Obama has made. And he also said that he believes that most people seem to make the mistake by thinking that if they are happy with the insurance that they already have that they can keep it.He said that the idea about the death panels came from the fact that there are some countries that do have that. Then Conan O'Brien said,"Well,it did not help with Sarah Palin saying that there was a death panel in the plan." John McCain started shaking his head yes and laughing trying then to change the subject. Just thought I would let you know that what I have as well as other President Obama fans saying about that there is no death panel in the plan is correct.

I didn't get my concern for this practice from any o the written plans, I get it from the presidents health "czar", Ezekiel Emanuel, this is where a lot of those who are concerned about this get that concern. The people the president has surrounded himself with and chose as his advisors are in some cases, extremely disturbing. Have you not read up on these guys at all? Have you not heard what they have said and believe?

It's all a crock. An idea propagated by the right wingers who don't want to lose the funds they receive from the special interests who vehemently oppose the idea because they might lose money. We need health care for *all* in the States.

Was just another "fear" rumor spreading to discredit the man. I was so proud of John McCain(have always been a fan of his though am not republican) for clearing this up and speaking the actual truth. So many things are being said about the health plan that is not true... those insurance companies have a lot of power and will do anything not to lose their billions!!!
