Do you use free advertising or traffic exchange sites if so what is it called?

I use one called (ad-ventures4u), it works pretty good, but I'm looking for another good safe traffic exchange site to advertise my links and websites, so if you use these kinds of sites too maybe you can tell me about the ones you use?

I have been using Adboardz for a couple of years now.
It's free to join and you can promote 10 of your own links on one page.
You can alter them whenever you like (if you leave a site and no longer wish to promote it for example).
The Adboardz banner is in my profile.

You join for free and then you get a page where you can add up to 10 of your own links. Then you promote the one link to your Adboardz page wherever you like.

i use it one too call easyhits4u that is 1:1 traffic exchange so you can more visitor in your website, the number of user is big and more bigger than another traffic exchange that i know
