My favorite food has always been a toss up between my Dad's fried chicken, and my Grandmother's Macaroni and Cheese. I have always loved cooking and I spend a lot of my free time saving recipes, so I want to know, what are some of your family recipes (you don't have to tell if they're secret) that you've always loved?

Hi ya sredith I must tell you that one of the myLot violations is recipes and for that reason this discussion may get deleted. I will tell you though that the favourite thing my mum used to cook when I was a kid was sausage meat pie, yummy

Ah yeah I probably should have worded that differently. I was thinking more along the lines of just telling me the foods more than writing out an actual recipe! I haven't ever had sausage meat pie but it sounds really good! I have quit eating meat though so I probably won't ever get to try it :/ I dunno though, vegetarian sausuage does taste really good...

I think you will be fine, people don't tend to type out recipes in a discussion and might say to you that they will send you the recipe in a private message. The myLot mediators might just pick up on the word recipe and delete it anyway but who knows? Take care

Hi sredith I do not have any particular thing as my favourite food. When I am terribly hungry, any food, which medium hot, salted, spice sour things will do and the food should be palatable. Neither too salty, nor too hot, or too sour.
