What do you guys think of Glenn Beck?

I just recently discovered Glenn Beck's television program on Fox. At first I didn't know what to think of him. He seemed a little eccentric. Very different from what I am used to. But then I started really listening to him and he seems to make a lot of sense. He comes up with a lot of good questions, questions that many Americans should be asking their government. I also think he is extremely funny. I find myself really laughing at a lot of his sarcasm. I feel he is just so different from the usual political commentators. What do you guys think of him?

Glenn Beck is a really awesome guy, who can get people interested in watching his show...who wants to watch some boring guy on tv talk for an hour...and once he gets you interested he gives you the information and let you decide for yourself if you wanna have a little bit of sense or be a little bit stupid.

I enjoy listening to him and watching the show. He comes up with some very good points and draws some frightening and logical conclusions about the structure of our government at the present time.
I wish more people would watch him. He's a sensationalist, a showman and a shock-jock but you have to be these days in order to get your point across. Did you know he has body guards after he was repeatedly warned his life was in danger and those of his family? What a sad comment on the state of our country.

sandi109, You hit the nail on the head. Glenn Beck is magnificent!!! If he was lying about what he was saying the MSM would make such a big deal about it that you would be hammered for a month!!! They hate him because he is out to destroy the crazies on the left.

I am glad you feel the way I do. The far left is really afraid of him. Glenn is way more dangerous to the crazies on the left than Bill O'Reilly or Lou Dobbs. He is delving way deeper into what's going on than either the two of them are. Listening to Glenn has made me realize there is so much going on behind the scenes that none of us are aware of. Why don't we scrutinize our politicians more? Why have we lost the ability to question? Our founding fathers weren't afraid to question their government and neither should we. I think the days where we can just sit back and take our freedom for granted are over. Freedom and liberty must be fought for and defended otherwise it will be lost. Glenn Beck is magnificent and a true patriot! I believe every American should be listening to what he is saying.

Yes, he is also one of my favorites on television! He gets a bad rap for telling it how it is from the left, but those things have to be said! I don't know why we let the far left bash people's point of views and let them call people with legitimate points of view racist. It's called freedom of speech. Just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean that they are a racist or fanatical. If you find yourself bashing someone just because disagree with you, you may want to reevaluate your belief system and consider that it just may be you that is in fact the radical. Let freedom ring!
