Why I am getting Transaction limit exceeded message?

Hi
I have a paypal account which verified with my credit card. When I tried to upgrade by neobux account with paypal, I am getting above error/information message in paypal site. Do you know why it is showing and how to resolve this?

Hi Rgmuthu! If you verify your account with your credit card, you will be able to lift your sending limit. However, if your status is not yet verified even if you have added a credit card, I think you will need to look for the 4 digit code that you will see in your next credit card bill. That code is from PayPal, you will need to enter that code in your PayPal account to complete the verification of your PayPal account.

I have they scenario as you. I already have a verified paypal account from linking my credit card to Paypal with the code. But the question how do we add funds to Paypal to our linked credit card? Is there something that has still be set? I've seen also a link add funds but it will only accept visa card only mine was a Mastercard.Hope others have some ideas about this.

How much you have money in your Paypal balance?
If your money isn't enough to buy upgrading in Neobux, You can't do that. First,You must fund money in your Paypal balance through your credit card, then you will able to upgrade your Neobux account.
