Do U Take Bath In Cold Water Or Hot Water?

I need to have my bath water nice and warm/hot. It is the only temperature that will relax me. If it was cold then I wouldn't be very happy and it would just make me cranky.

Cold Water

Mostly I take a bath with cold water, but when its really freezing specially during December seasons, I prefer taking a bath with hot water

Hi! I prefer hot water for bathing. Even if the weather is hot I always enjoy a hot bath because it's so relaxing and it helps ease my muscle tensions. I'm not quite a fan of cold baths coz I always find myself freezing and not enjoying it =]

i live in india and it's quiet hot in india in may-june so i prefer cold water those days. but it's raining here now n it's like moderate climate nor to hot nor too cold.. so i prefer cold only. but in winters it's too cold, i can never think of bathing in cold water. so i use hot water in winters. basically i change my water with the change in the climate. i can't take cold water much on my body, i prefer hot.

Hi preethaanju, it would really depend on the weather. I am unable to take a bath these days as don't have one, but if I did I would like it hot, in winter, for the ocassional soak. It is still very hot though now and I would love a cold shower, or even a luke warm shower, but alas it is impossible. The water rarely runs at all and when it does it is red hot from the solar system. How I long for a cold shower.

i prefer hot water. i dont like taking a bath with cold water. here we dont have heater so most of the time i take a bath using cold water. but if the weather is really cold, i boil water and add it the water im going to use for bathing. i just wish we got a heater, i hate cold bath, but when its really hot weather cold bath would be fine.

Everyone at our place take cold water bath even during cold seasons. It will freshen you up. If you take hot water bath after some time you will feel more cold. Only very old people and sick people will go for hot water bath.

Hi Preethaanju, though I live In Chennai where the climate alwasy to the hotterside, I prefer to take bath in hotwater. Hot means only luke warm. Since I have lived in places which are very cold during the night and sometimes in the days also I got used to warm water. If I try to bathe in cold water I feel that I am going to choke. I prefer hot water because early morning in our country it is always cold. And I keep myself warm by taking a bath in hot water. But sometimes, when the weather is hot, I take a bath in cold water so that I would be refreshed. It depends really.

Hello,it is a good habit to take cold bath.but i often take bath in hot water every day whether the climate is hot or clod,i do like the feeling of a hot shower,it always makes me relax and in a good situation. Happy mylotting!!
