Why dont they solve?Divorce

I really do miss the days when relationships were something that lasted a long time, and meant something more than just a 'sleepover'! I'm from the old school, and I believe a relationship should be true, and long-lasting! I hate what how it affects the children, and the partner that gets their heart broken, it just shouldn't be that way!

I agree with you that divorce is acceptable if there is domestic vilolence or betrayal but we see many couples decide to give up on marriage too easily because the forget that marriage is not about love and lust but also commitment. Let`s say if the reasion for divorce is miscommunication, just try to discuss what`s wrong and find the best solution.. Love, of course, is important but mariage is about commitment and responsibility. If we realize that, hopefully we can stand the test and live hapilly whatever happens to us

There are no "silly issues" when it comes to being unhappy or unfulfilled in your life. It's more silly when people rush into marriage without really thinking about their compatibility than for being getting divorced for being incompatible.

It is just to easy to get a divorce now. If someone is being abused or the children then of course divorce is in their best interest. On the other hand I don't think people realize that when you get married you have to give 100% all the time. It is not a fifty fifty thing it is a onehundred onehundred thing.

Hi Krupesh, as you said divorce rate has gone up. It is because tolerance level has gone to the lowest level. Each partner thinks only about their ego. They never try sincerely to work out a way .The easiest way out is divorce..The ones who suffer most in this are the children.Perhaps they do not have 100%involvement in saving the relation

Yes, ithink young couples nowadays often give us their marriage easily..I agree with you, divorce in acceptable if there is violence and betrayal, but if the problem is miscommunication, actually they can sit and talk,discuss to find the best solution for their marriage. One thing we often forget that love is importang but love disappears, affection,understanding,patience,honesty play important role in marriage as well as love...they should work out to keep their love alive
